Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–4 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Estimated Delivery Times Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and method selected at checkout. If no carrier preference is specified, standard delivery typically takes 7–10 business days for drop shipped items.

Custom Designed Products: Due to the nature of custom work, these orders may take anywhere from 30 to 45 business days to produce and deliver. You will be notified of your estimated timeline after your order is placed.

Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS and UPS. The available carrier options and rates will be displayed at checkout.

Lost Packages If your package appears to be lost, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to open an investigation. After doing so, reach out to us and we'll do our best to assist in resolving the issue.

Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the damage and your order details. We'll work with you to find the best resolution.
